Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all users of the Run platform ("Service") provided by RunAI Inc ("RunAI"). By using the Service, you agree to comply with this policy.

1. Enterprise Use Only

The Service is an enterprise workplace tool provided to you through your employer or organization ("Customer"). The Service is intended exclusively for business purposes related to your role within the Customer's organization.

2. Permitted Use

You may use the Service to:

• Communicate with colleagues about work-related matters.
• Share files and documents necessary for your work.
• Collaborate on projects and tasks assigned by your organization.
• Access organizational information and resources made available through the Service.
• Interact with AI-assisted features to support your work productivity.

3. Prohibited Activities

You must not use the Service to:

• Personal use: Conduct personal business, side projects, or activities unrelated to your role within the Customer's organization.
• Illegal activity: Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right, or facilitate any illegal activity.
• Harmful content: Upload, share, or distribute content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Malware: Upload or transmit viruses, malware, ransomware, or other harmful code.
• Unauthorized access: Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users' accounts, or any connected systems or networks.
• Security circumvention: Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features, access controls, or usage limits of the Service.
• Data exfiltration: Extract, scrape, or systematically download data from the Service for unauthorized purposes.
• Impersonation: Impersonate another person, misrepresent your identity, or falsely claim affiliation with any entity.
• Intellectual property infringement: Upload or share content that infringes on any patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, or other proprietary right.
• Spam and abuse: Send unsolicited messages, chain letters, or use the Service for mass messaging unrelated to legitimate business purposes.
• Reverse engineering: Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or underlying algorithms of the Service.
• Resale: Sublicense, resell, or provide access to the Service to any third party without RunAI's prior written consent.

4. Data Ownership by Employer

You acknowledge and understand that:

• All messages, files, and other content you create or upload through the Service ("User Data") are owned by your Customer.
• Your Customer's administrators may access, review, monitor, export, modify, or delete any User Data at any time without notice to you.
• You should have no expectation of privacy in your use of the Service.
• Upon termination of your employment or your Customer's subscription, your access will be revoked and your data may be deleted at your Customer's discretion.

5. AI Features

The Service may include AI-assisted features. When using these features:

• Do not input sensitive personal data (e.g., government IDs, health records, financial account numbers) unless explicitly authorized by your Customer's policies.
• Verify AI-generated outputs before relying on them for critical decisions.
• Report any concerning AI behavior to your administrator.

6. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to your Customer's administrator or contact RunAI at abuse@runai.com.

7. Consequences of Violation

Violation of this AUP may result in:

• Warning: A written notice of the violation and required corrective action.
• Account suspension: Temporary suspension of your access to the Service.
• Account termination: Permanent termination of your account.
• Customer notification: RunAI may notify your Customer's administrators of the violation.
• Legal action: RunAI reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for violations that cause damage to RunAI, its customers, or third parties.

Your Customer may also impose additional consequences in accordance with their internal policies and employment terms.

8. Changes to This Policy

RunAI may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
