RunAI Platform Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Run platform ("Service") provided by RunAI Inc, a Delaware corporation ("RunAI", "we", "us").

The Service is an enterprise collaboration tool made available to you through your employer or organization ("Customer").

2. Nature of Service

The Service is an enterprise workplace tool. It is not a personal communications service. You should have no expectation of privacy in your use of the Service. Your Customer's designated administrators may access, monitor, use, modify, export, or delete any data associated with your account.

3. Your Account

• Your account is provisioned by your Customer.
• Your Customer controls account creation, suspension, and deletion.
• Upon termination of your employment or Customer's subscription, your account and data may be deleted.

4. Data Ownership

• Data you create or upload through the Service ("User Data") is owned by your Customer, not by you personally.
• RunAI processes User Data on behalf of your Customer as a data processor.
• RunAI will not sell User Data to third parties.
• RunAI may use aggregated, de-identified data for product improvement.

5. Administrator Access

Your Customer's administrators have the right to:

• Access and view all messages, files, and activity in your account.
• Monitor your usage of the Service.
• Export your data.
• Modify or delete your data.
• Suspend or terminate your account.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for personal purposes unrelated to your work.
• Upload illegal, harmful, or unauthorized content.
• Attempt to circumvent security controls or access restrictions.

7. Intellectual Property

• RunAI retains all rights in the Service, its technology, and branding.
• Customer retains all intellectual property rights in Customer Data.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RUNAI'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY CUSTOMER IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.

10. Changes to Terms

RunAI may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Service.
